Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday start processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Most US customers receive their order 2–5 business days after it ships. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $45, and free on any order of 3 items or more. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
Tracking
If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Wrong or missing address
We can only change an address before the parcel ships. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake — once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.
